- You can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition & packaging.
If product is damaged / wrong / missing
- Don’t worry – just share clear photos + an unboxing video with us.
- We’ll send you the correct product FREE of cost (or refund if unavailable).
- Wrong product must be returned in original condition for replacement.
👉 Unboxing Video Guidelines:
- Must show the shipping label with order ID
- Continuous video (no cuts/pauses)
- Product shown clearly
If you don’t like the product
- We offer a “No Questions Asked” return.

- Return shipping is to be self-arranged by the customer.
- Once received & quality checked at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
Important Notes:
- Used, damaged, or non-saleable products will not be accepted.
- All tags & labels must be intact.
- Proper packing is required to avoid damage in return shipping (this affects your refund).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
